  3. Faulty Products:

    • Products that fail due to manufacturing defects may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition unless damaged or defective.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items altered or customized after delivery
