Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at uptimeaccessoris.store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for our customers in Pakistan. We are committed to providing timely, transparent, and reliable delivery services.

Please note: Our operations are based in Pakistan, and we are closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, PKT).

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

  • Every order is confirmed via telephone, email, or SMS before dispatch.

  • Customers should ensure shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Pakistan)

Notes:

  • During promotional SALE periods, domestic orders may experience slight delays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information (if applicable) via email or SMS.

  • If tracking details are not received within 5 business days, contact uptimeaccessories1@gmail.com.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

  • Contact uptimeaccessories1@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error in your address before order processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, uptimeaccessoris.store is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email uptimeaccessories1@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 48 hours.

  • We will review your case and may provide a replacement or refund.


Business Hours – Pakistan

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT)

  • Sunday: Closed

Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. Customer support inquiries will also be handled starting Monday.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to most areas within Pakistan.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if restricted by carriers.

  • International shipping is available to select countries.


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
